Notice:		August 1, 2008 Register by August 1st in order to have your company in the Trade Show program. July 21, 2008 No Refunds on booths registered 30 days prior to Showcase.
Times:		Set-Up Tuesday, August 19th 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Wednesday, August 20th 7:30 am - 9:30 am Trade Show Wednesday, August 20th 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Break-Down 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Food/Beverages:		Concessions will be provided upon entering the exposition.
Exhibitor Registration:		Exhibitor check-in will begin on Wednesday, 7:30 am, at vendor registration, located outside the Exhibit Hall. Badges can also be claimed on Tuesday evening during set-up.
Booth Cost:		10' x 10' • $850 10' x 20' • $1,550 Save $175 10' x 30' • $2,200 Save $350 10' x 40' • $2,850 Save $600
Your Booth:		Each 10' x 10' booth will be provided: An 8-foot back drape and a 3-foot divider drape. One (1) 6-foot draped table. Two (2) folding chairs. One (1) carpet. One (1) waste basket. One (1) identification sign.
Showcase Color Scheme:		Room Colors Tuxedo Carpet with black/gray booth drapery and grey table drapery. For those with access to PMS color charts: Principal Colors Black - PMS Process Black Lt. Gray - PMS 428 coated Heavy Accent Blue - PMS 295 coated Light Accent Blue - PMS 2995 coated
Storage:		Shipments should be coordinated with Shepard Exposition Services.
Exhibitor Packets:		All information packets will be mailed upon receipt of enclosed booth registration card by Shepard Exposition Services.
